Looks like Janet 09, N989RR, made a round trip today, picking up and later dropping off personnel at Plant 42 and Edwards North Base. They arrived at Groom around 7:20am and departed around 12:45pm. That is consistent with the end of the RF interference mentioned in my OP. Sounds like personnel was brought from Plant 42 and Edwards to Groom for a mission this morning that for unknown reasons resulted in significant RF interference. I like it when pieces fit together! Thanks for the post.
