I have seen tracer fire in Range 61 from the Black Mailbox area just off Hwy 375. If you don't mind the hike Tikaboo Peak has a great view of much of the 60's ranges. And of course of Area 51! :-) You can find directions in our Maps section. There is also a road to the base of Reveille Peak that I think may have a good view of Range 74C. As an added bonus you get to see action at the Keno airfield, if there is any. Take the dirt road north from Cedar Pipeline Ranch. At the corral around 37° 50.502'N / 116° 12.538'W take the two-track road east to 37° 51.269'N / 116° 9.217'W.
