In my 25 years as a large facility mechanic, I've only heard them referred to as a grade all. But I see now that that name was just being used generically based on the brand, Gradall. And even when a rental agency or contractor would show up with a Skytrak, it was generally referred to as a grade all, at least in the areas where I've used them. So, I guess that both terms are correct, if not technically, at least in generic usage, ala Xerox or Kleenex
