Yes, the Sabre's are up also during daytime hours, usually in the mornings. For proficiency flights they operate with single digit flight numbers. There are exceptions, but for the most part the Sabre call indicates that they are operating out of Groom. One exception is one of the Beech Janets as Sabre 41 operating out of TTR. I am pretty sure that I have also heard other traffic from TTR use the Sabre call, but very rarely.
