Maybe I'm missing something, but the FAA Registration shows the aircraft is registered to Attitude Aviation Inc. Attitude Aviation Inc. is a California Corporation with a mailing address of 299 W. Jack London Blvd., Livermore, CA 94551. The website linked-to below is for the exact aircraft that appeared on the ADS-B feed. It is a fleet aircraft offered for flight-training. The registered agent for Attitude Aviation Inc. isn't a lawyer or a CPA. He is the owner of Grade Tech Inc., which appears to be a construction company.
