Interesting model aircraft

Hello all!

My first post so please go easy.

I was watching the latest installment on "Jimmy's World" YouTube, where he is viewing a former Lockheed Martin employee's aircraft collection.

There is a very interesting aircraft model seen at around the 14 minute 20 second onwards.

Obviously stealth / A-12 like with what appears to be external fuel tanks.

What's people thoughts on this?

Also pointed out prior is a vtol on the far wall but there is never a good view of it
