Some of the recent news coverage claims that I said a poster in this forum may have divulged classified information and that the raid was prompted by that. Of course I never said anything along those lines! I sat down for an interview with George Knapp a few weeks ago. All other outlets are just regurgitating information and facts get twisted in the process. No one has posted classified information here and nothing I have published here is illegal, let alone could justify the FBI/OSI raid. To clarify: I firmly believe that the baseless raid was nothing more than an attempt to intimidate the Area 51 research community. An assault on my first and fourth amendment rights and a failed attempt to silence this web site!
