Great quality satellite image, thanks for sharing! The label says the image is from Sep 11, 2023. The frame structure looks like the hangars are going to be open on both ends. However, the attached Tikaboo photo taken a month later looks like they may now have doors. Future Tikaboo photos should clarify that. The new ramp stub at your coordinates was added between 2/22 and 4/23. It can be seen on the latest GE image. The location seems odd because it does not connect to the north ramp. Unless the buildings south of it will be removed and the ramp extended.
