The phrase "fast-mover" could imply traveling at speeds of Mach 2.5 when penetrating heavily defended airspace. The Lockheed Martin UAV in question which pinyon72 says will be reported in this week's AW&ST issue is probably the one first reported by the Defense & Aerospace Air Power Podcast last November: Assuming that pinyon72 refers to a supersonic spy drone when he mentions a "fast-mover" reconnaissance UAV, it is possible that the spy drone itself might have had its design philosophy influenced by the SR-72 project (itself based on the HTV-3X Blackswift).
