In February of last year, the contributions of African Americans to the history of Groom Lake were discussed, especially their role in building infrastructure at Groom Lake for the U-2 and A-12. With the recent publication of Peter Merlin's book on Area 51 last year, I wanted to ask if anyone is aware of notable African Americans who were involved in maintenance of the F-117, Tacit Blue, and other "black" aircraft tested at Area 51 and the Tonopah Test Range after 1980 as well as construction of infrastructure to support F-117 operations from the TTR.
