The Mach 5 penetrator was not stealthy, at all. QUARTZ/AARS is still very much considered sensitive, even 30 years after termination. This does make an interesting point though. If someone created a Stealth Museum as a nonprofit, they could offer to take any donated material in exchange for a tax write off. Aerospace companies would push DoD to get things declassified so they can get millions in tax write offs by donating stuff. It's win-win!
