The one that was photographed Dogfighting with an F-16 could very well be the other Su-27, no? Blue 31?

The one that Crashed with Eric “Doc” Schultz onboard?

That would explain the different liveries. It also explains how Blue 32 got to NMUSAF, as there were rumours the FME program got shut down after the crash, leaving Blue 32 Without a purpose.
