Hate to burst your bubble, but SCI and SAP are completely different animals (there can be overlap but it's rare). Secure facilities for Special Access Programs are no longer called SCIFs but rather SAPFs since regulatory guidance split them apart a couple of decades ago.

FACT: Not everyone there has an SCI clearance. Not even close...
