Let's see... spying would be secretly collecting and reporting classified information for intelligence purposes. This report isn't exactly secret and the information clearly for entertainment/recreation purposes. My opinion: such activity is useful to our counter-intelligence efforts as it reveals how well secrets are kept when subject to legal scrutiny.
