See the attached link of the full PDF of the 2017 DoD report "Fiscal Year 2016 Annual Industrial Capabilities". Although Lieutenant. General Bob Otto made an implicit reference to the "RQ-180" in a 2014 presentation, the report "Fiscal Year 2016 Annual Industrial Capabilities" seems to be the first DoD document explicitly mentioning RQ-180. It's therefore slightly possible that RQ-180 could have been entered into the report as an unofficial internal designation by Northrop Grumman for the P-ISR unmanned flying wing after having been confined to confidential reports to which only insiders would have had access because the XQ-58 Valkyrie was internally called XQ-222 by Kratos.
