Thanks for the input, NoTelling. I am inclined to believe you are 100% right, but it almost felt like the General was talking about something that he assumed had already been disclosed, so he wouldn't be releasing an official statement or anything along those lines, but rather discussing something he assumed was previously known.
Is there anything about the new frame that points one way other the other now that we've seen it in flight? My layperson take is, "I see intakes and exhaust ducts," but that doesn't provide any further detail.
