Joerg, I had posted similarly here during the official unvailing a few months back. Is it the same airframe? I am not so sure, given the additional requirements like weapons payload and manned crew related systems. But more likely similar, akin to the USAF SR71 from A12 development. Can you imagine being in the room for the NG presentation? "How about we provide a family of airframes that share development costs while ensuring the tightest timeline for maintaining air superiority." That's like music to key decision makers ears.
