I doubt that they would spend a lot of time getting the signature coatings pristine for first flight. I seriously doubt they'll do any signature testing for quite a while as flight sciences will take priority for a long time.

Besides, we know this was a manned flight...the aircrew was announced (Lt Col Clifton Bell and NG pilot Chris Moss).
