Sadly, there was no patch for HAVE BLUE. There was an emblem for the project that was designed by Keith Beswick, chief of the Lockheed Skunk Works flight test organization. He ordered some coffee mugs emblazoned with the design. You can see a picture of it on page 259 of my book, Dreamland: The Secret History of Area 51. The emblem you are thinking of, with Wile E. Coyote, was for Lockheed's Depot Field Maintenance Team (known as "Blue Streak").Jon Chaney designed the original version of the Blue Streak patch in 1982, but you are no doubt thinking of the later version designed by Dick Anderson in 1983. The Blue Streak teams deployed to Groom Lake and TTR to perform field maintenance and modifications on the F-117A.
