Part of the access road to the Powerlines Overlook has been improved for upcoming utility work on the lines. Specifically the second half of the 4-mile drive that follows the power lines is nice and smooth now. Including the last climb just before you get up to the saddle. It looks like the entire service road all the way down to where the lines cross 375 just before the Hiko junction has been freshly graded.
