I think it could be very possible that P-ISR and the B21 share airframes. If the P-ISR is as stealthy as people have claimed then why make a new airframe to fly in the same environment? Just swap ISR payloads for a bomb bay (yes its probably a bit more complicated than that). Only difference I can see (from photos of claimed RQ180) is that the 180 has a hump along the bottom, whereas the B21 looks to be flat.
