The B-2 had cone support structure when the cable came out of the upper surface to prevent the cone impacting the aircraft due to the airflow and/or gravity.

This one appears to come out of the bottom of the aircraft...I suspect CFD analysis showed no risk of aircraft impact from that location (plus any structure would risk runway impact at rotation (or during landing when the gear compresses).
