If I had to bet, I believe you are spot-on here, Joerg. The fact that seemingly every single program over the last 40+ years has run into extended delay, cost overruns and underdelivering on expected performance, it seems almost counterintuitive that the most advanced stealthy frame ever produced would be running on-time and on-budget, even when the pandemic and supply chain issues have caused trouble in every aspect of production. So, I would be shocked if there wasn't some tangible article NG could point to as a true risk reduction and as proof they have what it takes to produce these on-time and on-budget.
