It is very curious that the Lincoln Labs study that the AF commissioned to "study" the "sky quake" data was never released, and is not in any index of the DTIC collections. The Lincoln Labs team that did the analysis, which was questionable at best, were all members or soon to the members of the Air Force Red Team, part of the USAF special projects organization. Not exactly an impartial outside party.
