The UCLASS program was replaced by the CBARS requirement in 2016, which would lead to development of the MQ-25 Stingray. The UAV shown at 0:59 and captioned UCLASS in the video for which you provide a link is the Lockheed Martin Sea Ghost derivative of the RQ-170 Sentinel.
