Aerojet Rocketdyne has a facility in Rancho Cordova, they are making propulsion units for guided missiles and space vehicle stuff. Could be picking up personnel or something. I've never heard of or seen a Janet flight going into the Sacramento area, doesn't surprise me though there are quite a few contractors in that area. Nice spot
