I got mine back in September and mentioned it here. I bought it direct from the publisher as soon as it was announced. I can't recommend it enough, it's fantastic, absolutely full of stories, information, and pictures I've never seen before. I would pay several times as much without batting an eye. It's... REALLY a good book!
