I went down the same rabbit hole you apparently did with public records, but I'm on the fence as to whether it's one person or two that come up. Do you have any background info the rest of us don't? In any event, it looks like at minimum, he's giving up his pilot certificate. At worst, there's a clearance, a career, a pilot certificate, and maybe some jail time.
