He was without question met on the ground by law enforcement. All his information will have been gathered and sent to his local FSDO. Not sure what will be done outside of the FAA side of it. As to if he gets his license revoked no telling. Depends on his record and if he has a history of airspace violations. If it were any other restricted airspace it would most likely end up in some required training on his own expense. Due to the sensitive nature of this airspace there might be some other harsher penalty but generally it takes an intentional act to get your license revoked.
