Some people have advanced a theory that Sweetman was hired by Northrop Grumman (NGC) in the first place to prevent him from writing articles about any restricted NGC programs he might have heard about. His RQ-180 articles ruffled a lot of feathers, even if he didn't get everything right. One comment was that "Sweetman mixed a couple of things that didn't really go together." I was unable to get any sort of explanation on that.
