Making something from composite materials does nothing for stealth; in fact it makes it worse. Composites are transparent to RF which sounds good in theory, but in reality just exposes the metal innards (e.g. the engine) as the new reflective surface. Engines by themselves are horrible RF reflectors which is why it's easier to treat the outside of the airplane than the inside.
