That’s only enforceable IF the photograph, drawing, etc were taken whilst on the installation. If it can be seen from a lawful POV, then it is indeed LEGAL.


Joerg didn’t even take the photo, the pilot of that Cessna did. Classified photography isn’t being disseminated on here. If anyone should be remotely held accountable, it should be Gabe Zeifman.
