Those tanks you see next to each new hangar is a tank filled with foam that one sprays into the hangar if there is a fire. this makes less damage to the equipment inside the hangar . The RQ-180 does not need specially treated fuel , so JP-8 will suffice. further I think Diego Garcia or Wake Island is the most suitable for the RQ-180 . because there are no island residents and does not fly in sight of people. also I think the aircraft takes off during the night hours. Refueling in the air seems to me too early , for that the entire fleet and crew of the tanker will have to be trained . also I think they will use the KC46 767 when the fully automatic refueling system is tested and approved .
