Ceramics is a very brittle material that is terrible for a flexible aircraft. White airplanes can easily mean paint, not proof of ceramics (see Occam's razor). It's also relatively heavy which is NOT what you want for a high altitude aircraft. Fuel as a heat sink and white upper surface paint does an amazing job of cooling avionics. No need for solution.
