Are you speculating here or do you know these aircraft all require HVAC? (I'm fine with speculation, I'm just curious.) I know they all require special RAM maintenance, but specifically I'm curious if they're all temperature sensitive. I'm thinking about the RQ-170 ... we don't have many pictures of it, but it got the Beast of Kandahar nickname because it was sitting out in plain sight on a scorching hot Afghani apron. And F-35Bs are slated to operate from austere runways in who knows where. Are we really thinking they'll lose their stealth abilities as soon as they're forward deployed?
