That may be the case, but it would also be a good place for a TSPI system or another instrumentation radar. The poor quality GE image of one of the radars suggests it may have some features unique to a particular brand of instrumentation radar (i.e. for measuring RCS of aircraft in flight). A similar radar is going to be installed at White Sands in the next year to move some of the workload off of DYCOMS for verifying signatures as the B-21 enters production.
