I have updated the Janet flight schedule. See attached link. There is about a 25% decrease in flights over two years ago, to Groom and also to TTR. The regular Plant 42 shuttle flights every Monday and Friday have also become less frequent. Looking at improvements are Area 51 and at TTR in the same time frame, especially the construction of a large new housing unit, I don't believe this indicates a decrease in activity. Instead, I believe that operations currently require a larger number of workers to stay on base during the week, possibly over the weekend. This could be in preparation for the B-21 evaluation or for the NGAD project that will occupy hangars 20-23 that recently saw some major upgrades.
