Thank you Smythers, the US seems highly confident it can continue to penetrate Chinese airspace if its expanding its P-ISR fleets. Given the embarassment that overflights present to the Politburo, this must be a heavy focus for their R&D. On a related note, since they are very much about "tit for tat", are they seeking to take advantage of their footholds in the Western hemisphere to launch their own P-ISR? I would imagine so since the continental US doesn't have much in the way of air defense.
