Since the ATA-B proposal was discarded in the summer of 1978 after the ATA-A option was selected by the US Air Force for full-scale development and designated F-117, when exactly in 1978 was Have Peg was initiated, since you've noted that initial Senior Peg design studies began before the ASPA requirements were formulated and also predated the first Northrop designs for Senior Ice/Senior Cejay? Since Richard Scherrer quit Lockheed in June 1979 after realized that the initial Senior Peg design would be impaired by the laws of physics, his departure from Lockheed most likely prompted Lockheed to revise the Senior Peg design to not just meet the ASPA/ATB requirements for operational range but also have less faceting and more curves.

Still, you're right about the model shown on the Senior Peg page of DLR you consider to be Have Peg having its design influenced by the that of the Lockheed BSAX proposal, because Peter Merlin has noted that the initial Senior Peg design had a faceted shape like that of the BSAX design from Lockheed.
