RAT55 was playing in the range lately and during different day hours. Not daily but seems there is something to it. I would link some of the operations to the F/A-XX project or all variery of sub-platforms connected to it.

I would point my money towards infrastructure progression at China Lake now.

Navy was never really tied to USAF. I bet a latest systems, radars etc. at Groom or TTR would be more dedicated for USAF whilst, I believe, Navy would get their own toys in China Lake for upcoming newies.

Wonder whether is it real possibility or whether they will cooperate with USAF.

In a variety of unmanned, autonomous systems that are closely connected to USAF, I believe it may be a fact that some of them will be handed to Navy and operated by them. Different environments though.
