I doubt the entire building is a SCIF--many players particularly Foreign--couldn't get in. There are likely dedicated SAP rooms for the F-35, F-22, and B-2. I've always suspected the F-35 was SAP but this upgrade basically confirms it. I'm curious how foreign F-35 operators are certified to meet the incredibly stringent SAP requirements...
