As there will be at most, 130 of them, they will not be pushed for space with 60 or so at TTR, and by the time production has caught up to higher numbers? The need for security will be lessened.
In short then, the talk is about not showing the NGAD at all apart from sanitized art, having the entire fly-off done behind closed doors, and TTR as their first deployment base after they enter IOC.
