Very interesting article. The article briefly touches on it, but it is certainly no coincidence that we don't see B-2s and F-117s on ADSB. It looks like they operate with "due regard" procedures. I can foresee an expansion of these procedures. Also interesting that the DoD is starting to remove visual identifiers like serial numbers and tail codes on aircraft so they can't be easily pinpointed when they're spotted visually.
