Overall that's a tough question to answer. There are many variants of the Viper that were sold via Foreign Military Sales (US Govt managing the program) and direct commercial sales (only US Govt involvement is approval of the export license). FMS sales tended to use the FMS name (PEACE Xenia) rather than letter designations, but when they did they followed the USAF pattern, and technically the USAF has never gone past F-16C/D. Israeli jets tend to have "I" after them.

Direct commercial sales however can have whatever letter or Block that Lockheed Martin can get approved for sale, Block 60 and Block 70 being the best examples. LM tagged the Block 60 with F-16E/F, but that is not an official USAF designation.
