If I'm not mistaken, the fact that a classified solicitation has been sent to companies, and that the builder will be chosen in 2024 for the NGAD, obviously means that the final design of the NGAD does not yet exist.

If this is the case, then what about VOODOO II?

Is it a black project that may have nothing to do with the NGAD we've just seen?
