Thanks for all the great comments to this thread. I think at this point it is more likely than not that in fact this is a new data center. Would it make sense that it is connected to the NGAD project? In particular to the AI components of it? The timing is right. In fact there is a newly repaired cut in the taxi way NE of hangar 20 (the suspected location of the NGAD project) and covered trenching to the location of the data center that appeared some time between 7/2016 and 8/2019. Could be for buried lines.
