The most significant change I see so far is at the North Ramp. A new paved section extends it to the west. There is a lot of ramp equipment parked there. Looks like baggage or tool carts and/or tow equipment. The standby F-16s are now parked on a ramp section in the NE corner of the North Ramp, near the Chopper pads. The previous parking area for the F-16s west of the hangars is now occupied by some equipment or infrastructure. I cannot quite make out what it is, but a new project clearly moved into at least some of the hangars at the North Ramp. Whatever that project is, it requires a lot of ground equipment. That area is hidden from view from Tikaboo. Possibly related to NGAD?
