Absolutely could be…just got me thinking about the hint regarding paying attention to C-17’s at night in that the light pattern on the alleged stealth transport was very similar to that of a C-17, and the likely home of said craft if it exists and is operational, would be at TTR. Of course, at this resolution, it’s more of a Rorschach test than anything 😂
