Unlike its brother N99NG this one appears to be used for shuttle flights, mostly around SoCal. It makes frequent stops at Plant 42 and may even be based there. Looks like a VIP shuttle. N99NG of course was used as a testbed for B-21 avionics around the end of last year. It is based in Florida and has not been in the NTTR in a while.
