Those codes are TIS-B. They are not tied to an aircraft but assigned randomly and temporarily. Aircraft out of Nellis often use TIS-B codes while transitioning into the ranges to comply with FAA regulations. As soon as they get into military airspace the transponder goes dark. We just had two V-22 Osprey fly very low over Rachel, heading NW. May have been them.
